"Goods" refers to the items available for purchase on our Service. "Orders" represent your requests to purchase Goods from us. "Service" refers to our Website, accessible at .   • GENERAL RETURN POLICY - We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following exceptions to our return policy: Products purchased from our Physical Stores cannot be returned. All Items are eligible for return except for: Discounted items, which are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Custom designs based on client preferences. Products with size and measurements chosen by you; these are unreturnable. You are responsible for shipping back the items following our provided instructions, and we cannot be held responsible for packages lost by shipping companies.

  • REFUND POLICY - To be eligible for a refund, please adhere to the following conditions: Dissatisfaction with a dress must be reported within 24 hours, and a photo of the tried-on dress must be provided to initiate a return request and to send it to courier for next 3 days (this one will be eligible to get a 100% refund). Ensure the following conditions are met: Returned items must have the YELLOW RIBBON still attached and be returned in their original product packaging. Please note that returns will not be accepted if this tag is stained, removed, or tampered with. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Include the original tags (if applicable). Be aware that differences in color may exist due to photo editing and variations in monitor quality. Defective products (except for direct warranty products) must be reported as soon as possible after you become aware of the defect. Once we receive the product, our professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

  • CLIENT RIGHTS ON A REFUND - Your rights regarding refunds are as follows: Within 24 hours of completing your purchase, you have the right to initiate a full refund. For returns made more than 2 days after purchase, you will receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card, which can be used exclusively on our site to purchase our products. Please note that after the 30-day period has passed, we will be unable to process a refund for your order. We kindly ask that you make any cancellation requests within this timeframe to ensure eligibility for a refund.
    If the client decides to return the dress, they have to pay for the return shipping.


  • RECEIVING A REFUND - Once your refund request is approved, you can expect to receive your payment within 30 days.
