Shipping policy

The shipping costs will be covered by Diba Celina. Note that this excludes customs’ fees and VAT.

Diba Celina offers worldwide shipping. The courier company used for shipping is DHL.

The products can only start shipping during weekdays.

The product(s) take(s) 21-28 business days to arrive at the Customer’s delivery address (not including your customs process that might take).

Delivery time for custom made products will be 1-3 months (including production time). Custom made products are those that need to be produced from the beginning, based on customer’s needs and requests.

The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier and that the Customer shouldn’t be alarmed.

The Customer can choose between giving Diba Celina agents a delivery address, or pick up the product at his/her local Office.

Once the product is delivered, the Customer is required to sign the package. If the package is not signed/nobody is home, courier posts will attempt to deliver the package a few more times and get in contact with the Customer.
